The color is beautiful and it looks fine from a distance. It's the only blue OEM replacement that I was able to find
on the market.
It lacks a blacked out point to conceal the wiring in front of the instrument cluster but the semi-transparent color obscures that enough to make it sort of cool and mysterious looking. The only problem is the gap that is present all along the edge. The reason, they did not make this thing with a step to interlock with the top fairing like the OEM fairing has. It will not sit flush to the fairing surface. Looks a little shabby up close. Not horrible but if you really care about the bikes appearance or more, aerodynamics, this one won't fill the bill.
Not only that, it weighs more than the stock screen even though the top is cut down a bit compared to stock.
Because it is the only OEM replacement screen in blue that I was able to find, I will be trying to dremmel out a step so this thing will fit better. If it works well, I'll post it. I'm sure it is going to be a great deal of time to try to fix it.
